My guess is that you were inactive for at least three days.. if that's not the case, then I don't know what to tell ya

Negative I log in everyday. And my points usually go up everyday or so as well.

Not 100% sure on what's going on there either. For most part all of those only do anything if you're inactive. I would say just make sure you don't have any large sum of res lying around. Up your storages.
